Wildcrafted medicine, embodied cosmology, and maps for living beyond empire.

I live on 22.2 acres in rural Missouri where the Milky Way is visible most nights and the plants that become medicine grow from soil I know by name. This land is where I wildcraft the remedies, where my children learn by doing, where people gather seasonally to practice something the modern world has nearly made us forget.

I’m the author of The Living Spiral Series — a multi-book collection offering frameworks for rewilding human animal nature and living beyond the structures of empire. The foundational book, Resurrecting the Sacred Embodied Human Animal, begins here: you are not meant to transcend your body. You are not broken. You are an animal woven into stellar rhythms that have guided life on this planet for billions of years.

My herbal medicine practice serves those ready for root-cause healing. Eighty-plus wildcrafted formulas, harvested from this land in relationship and respect, addressing the body systems that when balanced will allow conditions to resolve as nature intended.

Embodied spirituality. Not transcendence. Not performance. Remembering.

Every tradition, every single one, is a human construction layered over something far older. Something the body still carries. Something that doesn’t need to be believed in because it was never absent.

The Sacred Embodied Human Animal is the framework I’ve spent years developing through doctoral research, daily land practice, and the lived experience of leaving systems that asked me to transcend what I am. It names the wound: the severing of humans from their animal nature, their somatic knowing, their direct relationship with land and cosmos.

This is not New Age spirituality. It is not reformed religion. It is not the witchy aesthetic with better branding. It is the argument that you are already whole, already woven into something real, and that the work is not becoming something else, it is remembering what you are.

The stars are not a personality system. They are a living map.

The Western zodiac is approximately 2,000 years old and now misaligned by nearly a full sign due to precession. We have been navigating by an outdated map.

The 28 Celestial Sanctuaries system is built on Earth’s actual current position in fixed stellar coordinates, real Right Ascension measurements, not zodiac-relative or sun-centric abstractions. Each of the 28 sanctuaries represents a true 12.857° arc of sky, with the moon moving through one sanctuary per day.

From this land, on a clear night, the Milky Way is visible overhead. Sanctuaries 21 through 23 hold the galactic center. Cosmology taught not as a personality quiz but as direct relationship with the living sky.
