Seasonal Gatherings & Land-Based Retreats

Practice living as sacred embodied human animals in rural Missouri, where the Milky Way is visible and Earth’s rhythms guide the days.

What These Gatherings Are

These aren’t workshops or retreats in the conventional sense. These are opportunities to practice what it means to live as sacred embodied human animals in relationship with Earth’s rhythms, not empire’s demands.

You’ll be on land where the Milky Way is visible most nights, where plants grow that become medicine, where children learn through relationship and discovery, where the seasonal wheel is felt in your body rather than just marked on a calendar.

This is embodied practice, not conceptual learning. You’ll work with your hands, move with your body, eat food grown in relationship with this land, and remember what your animal body already knows.

Seasonal Gatherings

Single-day or weekend gatherings aligned with seasonal transitions: solstices, equinoxes, and cross-quarter days. These mark the turning of the wheel through embodied practice.

What happens:

  • Seasonal ceremony and ritual
  • Plant walks and medicine making
  • Fire tending and shared meals
  • Stellar navigation and cosmology
  • Somatic and embodied practices

Who should come: Those ready to practice Earth-based living beyond intellectual understanding. Small groups to maintain energetic integrity.

Multi-Day Retreats

Immersive 3-5 day experiences for deeper work. Limited to very small groups (6-10 people) for those ready to fully step into embodied animal living.

What happens:

  • Deep nervous system rewilding
  • Wildcrafting and plant relationship
  • Ancestral skills and land practice
  • Embodied cosmology and stellar work
  • Deconstructing empire programming

Who should come: This work requires commitment. If you’re curious but not ready to practice, wait. If you’re ready to remember you’re an animal and act accordingly, come.

Private Land Use

The land is available for private gatherings, ceremonies, and practices for small groups who resonate with this work.

Possible uses:

  • Family gatherings and celebrations
  • Small group ceremonies
  • Intentional community meetings
  • Seasonal practice with your people

Requirements: Alignment with the work, respect for the land, small numbers. Contact us to discuss possibilities.

Is This For You?

Come if you:

  • Are ready to practice embodied living, not just learn concepts
  • Understand you’re an animal and want to live accordingly
  • Can hold sacred space and respect energetic boundaries
  • Are willing to work with your hands and your body
  • Want to learn from the land and plants directly
  • Respect that this isn’t entertainment or tourism

This isn’t for you if you:

  • Want passive experience or to be entertained
  • Expect hotel-style accommodations
  • Aren’t comfortable with rustic outdoor settings
  • Seek transcendent spirituality rather than embodied practice
  • Can’t respect small group energy and sacred space

These gatherings are for the remnant. Those ready to remember and live differently. If that’s you, welcome.
