Gallbladder Rejuvenation
A land-grown blend for bile flow, digestion, and yearly gallbladder cleansing.
Why the Gallbladder Matters
Your gallbladder is a small organ with a big job. It stores and releases bile, the substance your body uses to break down fat and pull nutrients from your food. When it works well, digestion works well. When it doesn’t, everything downstream feels it.
Bile that sits too long gets thick. Thick bile turns sludgy. Sludgy bile turns to stones. This happens slowly, often without warning, and it is more common than most people realize.
Gallbladder Rejuvenation was formulated to support the organ before it struggles. This is not a rescue formula. This is a maintenance formula, meant to be part of a yearly rhythm.
Usage
Dose: 3-7 drops under the tongue, 3 times a day.
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off. Repeat the cycle.
Best paired with: Liver and Detox formula, taken alongside this one.

Dandelion
Root and leaf work together to move bile and support the liver, the gallbladder’s closest partner.

Eases spasm and settles the stomach, especially after fatty meals.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Thins bile and supports the acid balance the gallbladder relies on to function.

Red Raspberry
Rich in minerals, toning to the whole digestive tract.

River Birch
A gentle diuretic presence that helps the body clear what it no longer needs.
Chicory
Long used as a bitter to stimulate bile production and ease the liver’s workload.

Soothing to the gut lining, mucilaginous and calming to inflamed tissue.
Plantain
A common-weed healer, cooling and repairing to irritated digestive tissue.
Garlic
Supports circulation and the body’s natural cleansing processes.
Yucca
Traditionally used for its cleansing saponins and anti-inflammatory action.
Muscadine
Wild grape, dense in antioxidants that support the liver and gallbladder together.
Avocado Kernel
Carries fats and compounds that support smooth bile flow.
Agave Alcohol
The extraction base, land-grown and used to draw out the full properties of each plant.
Quartz Crystal
Set into the formula to hold and carry the intention of the blend.
Pairing
Gallbladder Rejuvenation is built to work alongside the Liver and Detox formula. The liver and gallbladder are partners. Supporting one without the other leaves the work half finished.
Deeper Cleansing Protocols
For those who want to go further than the tincture alone, here are two traditional gallbladder flush protocols. Choose the one that fits your body and your season.
The 3 Day Gallbladder Flush
What you need: 1 gallon organic apple juice, 1 eight-ounce bottle cold-pressed virgin olive oil, 2 whole organic lemons, and something to keep the bowels moving.
- Drink at least one quart of apple juice per day for 3 days.
- On the evening of the third day, after your last meal, mix the 8 oz of olive oil with the juice of the 2 lemons and drink it down completely.
- Go straight to bed. Lay on your right side with your knees pulled to your chest for 30 minutes.
- The next morning, take a laxative to help move the stones through.
Stones come out soft, greenish-white and waxy. This is rarely a one-time flush. Space follow-ups 4-6 weeks apart, and stretch out or stop once the stones taper off. Use fresh lemon juice only, never frozen or concentrate.
A note of caution: In rare cases, a stone can lodge in the common bile duct during the flush, which becomes a surgical matter. This is uncommon, but it is real, and worth knowing before you begin.
None of this holds if the diet that created the sludge in the first place doesn’t change too. Cut the white flour, white sugar, and corn syrup, or the stones will simply come back.
The 21 Day Gradual Gallbladder Cleanse
Slower and gentler than the 3 day flush. A good starting place if you’re unsure how much sediment or stone load you’re carrying. Do this two or three times a year to keep the gallbladder clear.
- Avoid high-fat foods, meat, dairy, and eggs for the full 21 days.
- Eat unrefined grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes.
- Eat pears, parsnips, seaweed, lemons, limes, and turmeric daily. These hasten stone removal.
- Eat 1-2 radishes a day between meals for all 21 days.
- Drink 3 cups of cleavers tea, or 5 cups of chamomile tea, daily.
- Take cold-pressed flax seed oil at a rate of 5 teaspoons per 160 pounds of body weight, poured over food at one or two meals, 6 days a week for two months.
These are traditional, intensive protocols. They are not for everyone, and they are not a substitute for medical care if you know or suspect you have gallstones. Talk to a doctor before undertaking either flush, especially if you have a history of gallbladder disease.
